I'm the person behind every comparison on this site. I started Tool Breakdown after spending years helping friends and small teams pick software that actually fits the way they work — not just whatever had the biggest marketing budget.
Found an error, a broken link, or a tool we should test next? Email us at hello@toolbreakdown.com. We respond to every correction and update articles when a tool changes.
Tool Breakdown is independently owned. We earn money through affiliate links — at no extra cost to you — but no vendor pays for placement or a score. Every ranking is the result of the test log above. If a tool changes its pricing or behavior after we test it, we update the article and note the change date.
Choosing software is exhausting. Every tool claims to be the best, every review site says "it depends," and you end up more confused than when you started. I wanted a single place that answers one question clearly: "Which tool should I pick, and why?"
